Why Michael A. Stevens Tours?

Dr. Michael A. Stevens, Sr. is the well respected travel consultant on Israel, the Holy Land of the Bible. 

He has traveled to Israel over 27 times, leading over 500 Pastors and Ministry Leaders from the African-

American community.  He has served a multiplicity of leaders from various denominational church backgrounds.

He has worked with several highly recognized organizations from Israel such as the Ministry of Foreign

Affairs to the Ministry of Tourism to achieve impactful and meaning tour experiences fortravelers.

What is this Israel tour all about?

Our tours and pilgrimages offer meaningful and in-depth exploration of Israel, the Holy Land of the Bible. Through carefully curated tours, participants will experience the Word of God coming to life! Travelers will also witness the country’s most inspiring Holy sites while building a deeper connection to the land, its people, and its culture.

What is included in the trip?

The trip package typically includes a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to provide a comfortable and meaningful experience. It features round-trip air (USA to Israel), 4-star hotel accommodations with daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel, a luxury air-conditioned coach with WIFI, and a licensed Biblical tour guide. Entrance fees to all scheduled sites and attractions are included. Nominal tips and gratuities for the guide and driver are separate and greatly encouraged.

What about cancellation policies?

When there are cancellations of individual travelers, there is a $500 cancellation fee due to costs associated with booking and canceling travelers arrangements. As soon as the tour is a month before departure, it is impossible to cancel most reservations and costs of the tour for a traveler. However, if a replacement person can be found, there is a possibility that they can take the place of the canceled traveler.

How many participants are on each trip?

Though we can accommodate up to 300 delegates per tour, an idea group typically ranges from 25 to 45 people—a size that strikes the perfect balance. It’s intimate enough for personalized attention while large enough to foster a vibrant group dynamic. This allows travelers to connect with others, share experiences, and explore Israel within a friendly, welcoming group.

Are there Free Land and Air Passes for Leaders?

The number of free land and air passes available for group leaders depends on the size of the group. Generally, for every 20 paying participants, one free pass is provided. This means that a group of 40 participants would typically qualify for 2 free land and air passes, while a sold out group of 60 could receive 3

complimentary spots. These free passes are a valuable incentive, helping to offset the costs for those

organizing and leading the trip.
